Bathroom towel shelf, from pallet wood

So, I hate refolding towels every night... who doesn't?  Hooks are my best friend! TeeHee!

It's such a simple fix for a lazy person like myself.   And it is also so easy for my kids to help out with clean up

(well I try to get them to help out)

Anyways... two planks of pallet wood screwed together.

How much more simple can you get right?

I painted it with the vaseline technique.  A few splotches here and there with the vaseline, then paint with your paint color of choice.

When it dries you simply whipe with an old cloth and the paint rubs right off where you put the vaseline.

Such an easy way to achieve the chippy old weathered wood look.  TADA!!!

I added some dollor store hooks and stenciled our names.  To keep our towels seperate. (I have three boys, they are nasty little creatures ;)

Like I said I am pretty lazy, I don't wash towels everyday!

So they can dirty up there towels all they want, and when I go to dry my hands I know my towel is much cleaner.

And it is perfect for our little bathroom.

The bottles... just some glass bottles I saved from dinners.

Yep, I think these two are old bbq sauces.  I save everything...

Some ribbon and burlap tied around and it gets all prettied up!

The sign is just some more of that old fence I used for the Master bedroom headboard.  I Stenciled the bath saying onto it, hooked it together with some craft wire and hung it above.

LOVE IT!
Hope everyone had a great Easter Weekend!
